Fan Noise Testing : Pictured here is the dull and boring portion of fan and blower development. This unit is running at 140% speed for 336 straight hours. At that point, it will be stopped completely disassembled and all parts will be inspected. Some are actually inspected under a microscope.
To achieve a projected life of 20 years, very close inspection is necessary to find any component wear that could potentially lead to product failure. Some manufacturers want their equipment to last past the warranty period. We want ours to last for generations.
